SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Bilingual Warehouse Associates (Shipping & Receiving) for a large, well-known client in Alsip, IL 60803. As a Warehouse Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
Shipping & Receiving (Picker / Packer)
Quality Assurance
Inventory Control (RF Scanners)

Available shifts include:
Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm or 7:30am-4pm
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving):
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
Verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices.
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, and shipping labels.
Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments.
Ensure proper storage and handling of incoming and outgoing products.
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
Required Qualifications of the Bilingual Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving):
Ability to operate a forklift.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving area.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
