SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Bilingual Quality Inspector for a large, well-known client in Kenosha, WI. A successful Quality Control Inspector should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($19.00/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shifts include: 2am-10:30am off Wednesdays and alternative weekends.
Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:
Monitor production to ensure all documentation is complete.
Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met
Assure product within outbound orders meet standards
Input quality codes for all Purchase Orders
Run reports in quality control application when needed (tablet)
Help pickers/selectors substitute items in their orders
Communicate with sales team regarding their purchases (verbal/email)
Discard product when necessary
Required Qualifications of Quality Inspector:
Experience with quality systems and controls.
Prior experience with Forklift preferred.
High attention to detail, Self-sufficient/self-starter and safety/compliance Skills.
Demonstrate good problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
Strong computer, math and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
