What you will do...
Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, setup cards, Gemba boards, and verbal/written instructions.
Set up, adjust, and operate production machines per established procedures and guidelines.
Use calipers, micrometers, depth & height gauges, Sunnen gauges & plug gauges, hand tools, and operator manual machines.
Set up and/or verify preset gauges for proper calibration as required, and inspect own work to ensure quality and quantity standards.
Prepare and maintain quality records.

This position requires the applicant to be a US Person with a US permanent residence. (A US Person is a US Citizen or Green card holder)
Strong reliability – it is crucial that this person can work as scheduled to meet our customers’ requirements.
Two plus years of experience within a CNC manufacturing facility holding parts to very tight tolerances
Previous experience and demonstrated proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment preferred.
A High school diploma or equivalent with mechanical aptitude
Able to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams in English.
Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Rotate between multiple machines, lift up to 50lbs occasionally, and stand for an entire shift.
