SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for Material Handlers in Des Plaines, IL.As a Material Handler for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
Shipping & Receiving
Quality Assurance
Inventory Control (RF Scanners)
No prior experience is needed, and qualified candidates can start right away! This role requires individuals to work independently and exhibit a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Shifts Available:
1st Shift:
Sunday-Thursday: 8am-4:30pm (Sunday: 7am-3:30pm)
Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm
2nd Shift:
Monday-Friday: 10am-6:30pm
Responsibilities:
Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.
Process inbound and outbound shipments.
Load and unload pallets.
Scan items into the inventory control system using RF Scanner.
Safely and efficiently use warehouse equipment, including pallet jack, hydraulic jack, RF Scanner, computers, and handheld printers.
Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.
Required Qualifications:
High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and sound judgment.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
