SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Repack Floor Lead for a large distribution center located in Kenosha, WI. The Repack Floor Lead will Supports the Repack Supervisor to effectively manage the production goals, work schedule and department employees. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($19.50) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include:Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri 3pm-11:30pm Sunday 8am-4:30pm Off Thurs/Sat Responsibilities of the Repack Floor Lead:
Assists repack team by being available to help with any daily task
Help Repack Supervisor mediate personnel issues effectively
Support in the training process of new and current employees
Promote safety measures and guidelines within department
Communicate with Repack supervisor to convey daily objectives to repack team
Identify opportunities to improve standard operating procedures
Operate forklift and pallet jacks, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications of the Repack Floor Lead:
High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
Previous leadership experience, required
Strong data entry skills, required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Team-oriented with the ability to work with different levels of management
Ability to multitask
Bilingual. Fluent in Spanish.
