SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Screen Print Operator for a Graphic client in Coppell, TX. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished XXXXXXXXXX products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp- perm employees are offered competitive compensation $20.00-$22.00 DOE as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm or Sunday-Thursday 2:30pm-11pm Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
Receiving work order jobs for screen printing
Examining work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities.
Clean screens and help flash/create them
Determines from order type and color of designs to print.
Examines product for paint smears, the position of design, or other defects and adjusts equipment.
Running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process.
Troubleshooting problems as they arise.
Counts and records quantities printed in the production log.
Required Qualifications of the Machine Operator:
High school diploma.
Previous work experience as a shirt press operator using M& R Sportsman, Gauntlet, Cobra, Stryker, Brother, Challenger, or similar silk screen press machines.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
High level of creative and artistic skills.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to work with ink and chemicals every day.
Ability to manually operate large machinery.
