SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Machine Operators for a Threaded Company client in Lewisville, TX. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to perm employees are offered competitive compensation $17.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm: With overtime required as dictated by the workload. Operates cutting machines, threading machines, headers, benders, and a variety of other manufacturing equipment.
Assures their assignments are completed on time.
Responsible for the quality checkpoints on each machine as posted.
Responsible for safety and housekeeping of their area.
Fills out paperwork according to manager instructions.
Uses forklifts to load and carry material.
RequirementsCompetencies (Knowledge)
Ability to follow instructions from management.
Communication proficiency both verbal and written.
Able to lift parts up to 75lbs with equipment. Forklift Experience preferred
Bilingual Preferred
Can identify parts to be processed on their machine.
Thoroughness.
Time Management.
Reading, writing, and math skills are essential. Must know measurements
Must follow safety rules and regulations.
Must know Yugong Machinery
