SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Warehouse Unloaders for a large, well-known client in Franklin Park, IL. As a Warehouse Unloader for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include: 1st shift. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Unloader:
Picking up the boxes and palletizing according to the SKU of the products from the shipping containers.
Checking the quantities of the products to make sure they match with the packing list.
Reporting the damaged, extra boxes and abnormal situations when unloading.
Measuring the sizes for some specific pallets.
Needs to know forklift- Sit- down (propane)
Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Unloader:
Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
Sit-down forklift previous experience.
High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Bilingual (Spanish & English)
