SURESTAFF is hiring Swing Truck Operators for a well-established client in Des Plaines, IL. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in warehouse operations—ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Why You’ll Love Working with Us:

Shift Available:
2nd Shift
Responsibilities:
Operate Raymond swing reach, sit-down, and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
Stage and label freight to ensure it is fully prepared for the morning shift.
Load outbound trucks with screened and verified freight.
Accurately label freight with close attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and operate multiple types of forklifts.
Experience with the handling of air freight and time sensitive cargo
Familiar with CCSF/TSA security requirements.
Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline -driven environment.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience in a high volume/high transaction warehousing environment.
