Job Description
Location: Elgin, IL (On-Site) Shift Hours: 8am-4:30pm Target Pay Range: up to $23 per hour with a Comprehensive Benefit Package. Top Manufacturing Company is seeking a dedicated Direct Hire Bilingual Manufacturing Sales Order Management Clerk Coordinator to manage sales orders and ensure efficient order processing. Responsibilities of the Sales Order Processing Management Clerk: • Research and Maintain Orders for the warehouse/manufacturing facilities. • Assist other regions with Open Sales Order Management Clerk functions and duties. • Manage OOS items and create STO's to ensure product meets standards for customers. • Skilled and Experienced providing supplier inventory levels with company software. • Manage Large Retail Clients Shipping Schedule, Paperwork, Loading, Billing Process. • Participate in process improvement S4 enhancement and troubleshooting events. • Create and follow up on Help Desk Ticketing Process and System for all stakeholders. • Participate in Morning leadership meetings and ensure items are staying on track. • Inventory Management: billing, tracking imports, troubleshooting and problem-solving on the Billing and Sales Side. • Yard Management while adhering to safety policies while participating in annual physical inventory. Requirements of the Sales Order Processing Management Clerk: • Inventory Management experience is required. • Familiarity with inbound receipts and processing transfer orders is preferred. • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a requirement. • 2 - 4 plus years of experience is preferred.
