SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Technician in Arlington, TX. We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, high-functioning, and detail- oriented individual that has the ability to work on multiple, concurrent projects. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include: Monday-Friday -5am - 2pm ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Basic understanding of network routers and switches
Read, interpret, and follow technical engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to perform final product configuration.
Utilize computer to perform setup operations and verifications of final product.
Perform soldering in a subassembly operation.
Maintain inventory of product in configuration area
” Perform quality work checks to assure the product meets quality standards.
Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects. Are identified.
Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and proactively seeking new tasks to advance the team's goals.
Ab1e to work in lean, production line environment completing tasks on time.
Communicates effectively with others and can function and get along in a team environment.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Intermediate computer navigation and utilization skills
Must be able to use a digital multi-meter.
Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions.
Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea
High attention to detail and self-motivation skills Technical problem-solving skills
