SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an Inventory Control Lead for a solutions company in Buffalo Grove, IL. The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for inventory including but not limited to: delivered supplies, materials, customer inventory, and on-site manufactured material.

Available shifts include 1st shift M-F, 7:00am-4:00pm with overtime available as needed.
Responsibilities of the Inventory Control Lead:-Perform cycle counts as scheduled through supervisors, project management requests and low stock notifications.
-Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling.
-Operate forklifts and other necessary vehicles and equipment to properly handle materials being received, counted, verified, stocked, and picked.
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to, but not limited to, security and protecting privacy of client and company information, production standards, and general safety.
-Role directly oversees performance of 5 to 10 employees.
-Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the physical location.
Required Qualifications of the Inventory Control Lead:-Proficiency in the English language-Proficient computer skills (Google mail, Google sheets, Inventory systems)-High School diploma or GED is required. Previous inventory control experience preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and be comfortable working independently to achieve production expectations.
-Well organized and able to communicate effectively with various departments within the organization.
-Able to work outside normal working hours to accommodate production needs when required.
-WBS, IMS and Foundation ( A plus if you have knowledge of these systems )-Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
