SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Line Lead for a Manufacturing company located in Bedford Park IL. The Line Lead will work together with other departments and management to maximize productivity in the facility. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Available Shifts:1st shift: 6:30am-3:00pmMonday - Friday Responsibilities of the Line Lead:
Observing equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and technicians notified of any malfunctions.
Learn to operate computer assisted technology in equipment operations, stop, start, adjust line speeds accordingly.
Conduct new production operator training to enforce safety, maintain production goals and also teach basic troubleshooting skills on equipment operations.
Ensure that employees working the line follow safe work practices and procedures to prevent accidents.
Assist in training new process technicians and maintenance technicians on equipment operations, including basic troubleshooting approaches and how to use computer assisted technology to make changes.
Coder and Labeler are set up and ready.
Start up filler and run 10 pieces from front to end of the line
Preferred Qualifications of the Line Lead:

Follow GMP requirements:
Wear clean clothing as as clothing that does not shed lint, fibers, or particles
Keep work area and equipment properly cleaned, maintained, and free from dirt or dust.
Maintain quality standards.
Ability to lift up and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
