SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Electrician workers for a large, well-known client in Mt. Prospect, IL. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer. The Electrician workers is responsible for operating machinery for the purpose of assembling, manufacturing, and/or packaging product. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation $18-22/hr. as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st shift Mon-Thurs (6am-4pm) Occasional OT Fri & Sat. Responsibilities of the Electrician workers:
In this position the individual will be responsible for assembly of custom electronic components for HVAC equipment,
Perform basic assembling, and material handling.
Installation of various types of electrical equipment.
Wiring devices.
fixtures and assembly of power distribution systems.
Understanding UL requirements.
Maintain work area and equipment by proper cleaning and organizing.
Ensure product and process quality through appropriate inspection and packing process.
Maintain efficiency and always follow safety protocols.
Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts that are ready for distribution.
Required Qualifications of the Electrician Worker:
Build or assemble both non-electrified and electrified components by following the specified directions from the job paperwork.
identify any potential issues.
Communication with Line Technicians.
Notify Production Supervisor when maintenance supplies and parts need to be ordered or replenished prior to running out.
Maintain the general equipment, machinery, and work area.
Keep the equipment and area clean and free of excess debris.
High School Diploma or GED required.
