SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Customer Service Representatives for a company in Itasca, IL. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Care Department. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $18-$22/hr. as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include Mon- Fri (8am-5pm) Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
Build effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Act as a liaison for the facility and with the rest of the organization to ensure that all parties understand all customer expectations including but not limited to the following: any SLA (service level agreements), job requirements, schedule information, special instructions, delivery expectations, cost components, sell rates, etc.
Answer and track all incoming customer inquiries/issues, owning and closing the issue. Provide regular timely and thorough responses to ensure customer satisfaction, especially for escalated issues.
Schedule any pick-ups necessary for customers through the EPG Dispatch dept.
Analyze customer schedules to ensure we meet expectations
Partner with internal departments to ensure alternative solutions are provided for the client if expectations are at risk
Mentor/job shadow with all pertinent parties to ensure you are up to date with best practices and to continue the growth and development in your current role.
Work with peers to ensure optimal flow of workload and coverage in the absence of others.
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma; associate’s degree or bachelor degree in business or related field preferred but not required
Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer serviced preferred but not required
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Comfortable working on the phones and interfacing with customers
Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
