SURESTAFF is hiring Food Quality Inspectors for Factor, a Hello Fresh company, in Aurora, IL. As a Food Quality Inspector for SURESTAFF, you will ensure the food safety of products by checking food temperatures, and expiration dates and documenting on a tablet.

Complete audits at a designated cadence during various steps of the production process.
Ensure food safety standards are always met.
Follow and enforce strict manufacturing policies and procedures involving allergen control, organic and gluten segregation.
Verify completeness and accuracy of daily production documentation.
Complete daily quality documents as needed.
Work with cross-functional team(s) to place unacceptable ingredients on hold or non-confirming products received at the facility.
Monitor temperatures of ingredients and storage locations.
Routine testing and swabbing of production areas to ensure the accuracy of sanitation procedures.
Food Quality Inspector Required Qualifications:
Previous food, grocery, or restaurant experience preferred.
Dress warmly! Cold environment (35 degrees).
Slip-resistant shoes are required.
