SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors for a large, well-known client in Lake Zurich, IL. A successful Quality Control Inspector should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting products in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17.50-$18 HR) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available Shifts Include: 2nd shift-2pm-10:30pm (Mon-Fri). 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:30am (Sun-Thurs) ***come in early or stay later to cover vacations or other absences. Overtime is also required when scheduled and available. Responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector:
Maintain quality of parts at all times by using mathematical, logical, computer, and experience
skills along with testing of parts with various types of QA equipment.
Maintain quality of all procedures from arrival of raw material to the final inspection of goods
to customers.
Maintain of environmental, quality, and safety standards.
Inspections of raw material, in process, final and 1st Pc in all departments.

Required Qualifications of the Quality Control Inspector:
High School, GED, or work experience equivalent.
Basic computer skills
Strong people skills, adaptable and a “roll-up-sleeves” work style.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and detail oriented.
Must be able to comprehend simple, sometimes detailed, oral and written instructions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and
decimals.
