SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Control Lead for a manufacturingcompany in Midlothian, TX. A successful Quality Control Lead should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st 5am- 3:30pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Quality Control Lead:
Selects products for tests at specified stages, measures qualities such as moisture, pH, organoleptic attributes etc.
Records data applying statistical quality control procedures
Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations
Sets up and preforms destructive and nondestructive materials
Oversees GMPs, reports and cross trained in other departments
Required Qualifications of the Quality Control Lead:
1+ years’ experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role.
3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with quality systems and controls.
