SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a large manufacturing client located in Rockwall, TX. This position will manufacture parts per blueprint, or process instruction, ensuring all specifications are met. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation up to $30 depending on experience as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts: 1st shift 5am-1:30pm 2nd shift 1:30pm-11pm Responsibilities of the CNC Machine Operator:
Set up and prove out CNC machines for production. Provide a good first article part to Q.C. Load all tooling and tools.
Machine fixtures and parts for tooling use in operations
Start and shut down CNC machines as trained when required
Monitor tools and cutters for proper insertion and dullness
Report and bring back to the production manager with any broken tools. All tools and cutters will be bought through the production manager.
Monitor coolant levels and PH levels. Keep machines at 6PH for alum and 10ph for steels
Preferred Qualifications of the CNC Machine Operator:
Manufacturing: 3 years
CNC milling machine: 5 years
CNC: 5 years
Blueprint reading: 3 years
CNC setup: 3 years
CNC lathe: 2 years
