SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Distribution Associates for a Distribution Center in Byhalia, MS. As a Distribution Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
Picker / Packer
Inventory Control (RF Scanners)
Load/Unload
No experience is necessary for qualified applicants! This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($15.50-16/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include: (2nd shift-3:30pm-5am)Tuesday-Friday (3rd Shift) 6pm-6am. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Distribution Associates:
Load boxes and containers into the conveyor.
Accurately place all products on the shelves
Dispose of used/unneeded packaging.
Help with regular inventory management.
Help package any outgoing orders and ensure the order is ready on schedule.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Required Qualifications of the Distribution Associates:
High school diploma/equivalent
Position will require heavy lifting
Read and understand detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks while prioritizing safety.
