SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Assembly Production Workers for a growing window blinds manufacturing company in Fort Worth, TX! Join a hands-on team that builds beautiful, custom blinds from start to finish in a clean, fast-paced environment.If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in your work, and like seeing a finished product come to life, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do:
Assemble and build window blinds and related components from start to finish.
Work on production lines, operating small hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Ensure quality and accuracy at every stage of the assembly process.
Keep materials and workstations stocked, organized, and running smoothly.
Collaborate with team members and leads to meet daily production goals.
Follow standard safety and 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices.
Scan and record materials using the company’s inventory system.
Assist with inventory counts and help identify process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
Comfortable using small tools and working with your hands.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
