SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Production Associates in Fort Worth, TX. As a Production Associate, you will work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with advanced automation machinery and processes. This is a clean, air-conditioned environment where team members are trained to grow, learn new skills, and become an integral part of the operation.This position requires candidates who can work independently, maintain high quality standards, and demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude.

Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Production Associate:
Carry out assigned duties in line with company Operational Procedures.
Ensure products are manufactured to high quality standards and maintain consistent quality control.
Work as part of the production team to meet efficiency, quality, and on-time dispatch goals.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production area.
Read and understand Standard Work Instructions (text and visual formats).
Safely operate machinery and power tools.
Perform basic quality checks and inspections.
Report equipment faults or safety concerns to a supervisor.
Work across multiple departments including Production Lines, Aluminum Processing, and Dispatch.
Required Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn new processes.
Ability to work full-time, Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, plus overtime as needed.
Good communication skills and ability to follow written and visual instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic computer literacy skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8–12 hours per shift).
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25–50 lbs.
Perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, reaching, and grasping.
Ability to use hands and fingers to operate tools and small components.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders as needed.
Comfortable working in moderate to loud noise environments.
Ability to inspect parts and detect defects with adequate visual acuity.
Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe shoes, hearing protection).
Maintain regular attendance and work overtime when required.
