SURESTAFF excited to announce that we are immediately hiring Front Desk Receptionist for a large, well-known client in Chicago, IL. This is a temp to hire position. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the facility. The Front Desk Receptionist must have office experience and experience with answering phones, micro soft office suite and must have general office experience. This is a 1st shift position. 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday Responsibilities of the Shipping and Receiving Associate include:
Greet and assist visitors.
Respond to emails
Answer phones
Required Qualifications and Skills for the Shipping and Receiving Associate:
At least 1 year office/resceptionist experience.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Must have basic math and computer skills.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong Interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Great attention to detail.
Must be a team player.
Willing to work weekends, holidays or different shifts when needed to ensure the business is operational 24/7.
