SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an Accounting Representative for a company in Mundelein, IL. As an Accounting Representative for SURESTAFF, you will perform a variety of clerical accounting tasks in support of the accounting function. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($24/hr), as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include:Monday-Friday 8am-5pmAccounting Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
Input daily worksheets into the general ledger system.
Record charges and refunds.
Utilize computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies.
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Accounting Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience.
Proficiency in computer systems (spreadsheets, word processing, email).
Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Ability to interpret work instructions.
Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented.
