SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for Administrative Assistant at North Point Fresh on the far east side of Chicago IL. As an Administrative Assistant you will facilitate the efficient operation of the front office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Extensive knowledge of office administration and clerical procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
Ability to prioritize work.
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred, but not required.
Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Hours:
Monday – Friday
8am – 4:30pm
