SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an Administrative Assistant for a large, well-known client in Elgin, IL. As a Clerical/Office Help Support Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($18/hr. - $20/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include:Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Clerical/Office Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, applicants, vendors, and customers.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Order and monitor office supplies and bottled water.
Serve as the front desk point of contact for general office inquiries.
Coordinate temporary staffing requests with staffing agencies.
Prepare and organize onboarding paperwork for temporary employees.
Communicate scheduling updates with staffing agencies.
Track and submit temporary employee hours and time records.
Maintain temporary staffing logs and records.
Scan, organize, and file HR and temporary employee documentation.
Maintain an organized supply of temporary employee timecards.
Clerical Requirements and Qualifications
Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
