Job Description

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an FinanceAdministrative Assistant for a financial Services company in Hurst, Tx. The Administrative Assistant will support the Client Service Coordinator and the Marketing Director, in doing so deepening the client relationships with the advisors as well as creating a referrable experience. This role provides administrative support by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, communicating with the clients, and tracking new clients as well as marketing potentials.  SURESTAFF is invested in their team members!  including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). 
Pay Rate45,000 to 60,000
Available shifts Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
 Functions 90% Administrative Assistant
  1. Scheduling – for 3-5 advisors with books of 50+ clients according to the implemented service model
  2. Help support all advisors assigned to you and maintain adequate client appointment scheduling 
  3. Assist with the completion of marketing potential opportunities to better the client experience  
  4. Work with the marketing team and advisors to organize client events as well as send out invitations and track RSVP’s
  5. Back up Administrative Support in the office to make sure clients are efficiency handled.
10% Client Care
  1. Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients
  2. Set up and maintain client management system
  3. Document all client calls or interactions  
  4. Track client special events and make appropriate contact per established client contact model. 
 Qualifications Education:
  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  1. Minimum three years of experience in an client service administrative role
  2. Strong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  3. Direct attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task
  4. Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff
  5. Effective and efficient time management 
  6. Polite and clear phone manner as well as professional email responses
  7. Ability to prioritize and multi-task 
  8. Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor and Ameriprise 
  9. Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
