SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an internal Bilingual Administrative Assistant to work out of our very successful office in Lewisville, TX. The Summary/ObjectiveThe Administrative Assistant is responsible for processing orders via the Prophet 21 system to ensure the customers’ schedules are being met. Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Calculate weights and measurements of orders.
Process secondary processing orders.
Receiving and shipping of parts and components.
Maintain records and reports.
Use TFI computer systems and processes Available shifts include Monday-Friday-7am-4pm This is a temp to perm position $17.00. Responsibilities of the Bilingual Administrative Assistant:
• Ability to follow instructions from management. • Communication proficiency both verbal and written. • Organizational Skills. • Thoroughness. • Time Management. • Reading, writing and math skills are essential. • Computer skills with Microsoft and ERP systems is a must.
Preferred Qualifications of the Bilingual Administrative Assistant:
High school diploma
Three to four years in a distribution or shipping office environment.
Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
