SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a temporary Administrative Assistant for a plastics manufacturing client in Surprise, AZ. The Administrative Assistant will help with the cleaning up of electronic files within the company's computer systems. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp employees are offered competitive compensation ($14.30-15.00/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). You can set your own hours between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. This temporary position goes until January 2025. Responsibilities and Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
Working through electronic personnel files of the company
Background check and drug screen (minus THC) is required upon hire
Previous administrative experience
Previous experience working in some capacity in HR
Knowledge of basic HR restrictions
Proficient computer skills
