SURESTAFF is looking an Administrator for a company in Elk Grove Village, IL . The Administrator is a highly organized individual who embraces teamwork and enjoys building a collaborative work environment.

Available Shifts: 1st: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Tuesday - Saturday)
Responsibilities of the Administrator :
• Place purchase orders and combine orders when possible
• Pre-event planning and on-site event coordination
• Respond to emails, and draft and edit documents
• Assist other staff members, vendors, and visitors
• Maintains physical and digital filling systems
• Provides general administrative support to Site Director
• Assist with any additional support duties
Required Qualifications of the Administrator :
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel abilities• Experience with staffing and scheduling •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to successfully assist with project deliverables in a very driven and changing organization.
• Maintain confidentiality with the ability to apply sound judgment and discretion, thereby preventing disclosure of sensitive or confidential information.
• Flexibility, adaptability and capability to work under tight changing needs.
• Confidence and ability to work independently as well as in a team structure.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods of time.
