SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Advanced Assemblers (Manufacturing) for a large, well-known client in Spring Grove, IL. As an Advanced Assembler, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer. The Advanced Assembler is responsible for assembling, manufacturing, and/or packaging products. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17.77/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available Shifts:1ST shift Monday-Friday 6:30 am.-3:00 pm. Responsibilities of the Advanced Assembler (Manufacturing):
Uses hands and light tools to assemble panels that include electrical wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.
Use basic test
Solder wires to components according to the wire/cable gauge
Meet or exceed quality and production standards daily.
Proper handling of product to prevent damage
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Required Qualifications of the Advanced Assembler (Manufacturing):
Must have the ability to follow diagrams/print/drawings for complex assemblies
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Must be able to take measurements of the wire/Cable/strip lengths
Must be able to see small objects and detail oriented
Complex assembly experience.
Ability to see and differentiate colors
