SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Aerospace Assemblers for a large, well-known client in Arlington, TX. As an Aerospace Assembler for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be involved in all aspects of aerospace production and assembly including:
Component Assembly
Quality Assurance & Inspection
Blueprint Reading & Documentation
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($25/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm.
Responsibilities of the Aerospace Assembler:
Perform mechanical and structural assembly of aerospace parts and components using hand and power tools.
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings to ensure proper assembly.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on assembled parts to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
Accurately complete production documentation, logs, and reports.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
Required Qualifications of the Aerospace Assembler:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required; aerospace or precision assembly experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
Good manual dexterity with ability to use small tools and measuring devices.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
