Aviation / Aerospace Assembler Location: Arlington, TX Pay: Starting at $24/hour Job Type: Temp-to-Perm Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMMUST HAVE AEROSPACE BACKGROUND SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Aviation / Aerospace Assembler for an aerospace company in Arlington, TX. A successful candidate will have previous aerospace or aviation assembly experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to assemble components in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Responsibilities:
Assemble aircraft and aerospace components according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Install hardware such as fasteners, rivets, fittings, and brackets
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
Perform drilling, riveting, sealing, and fastening operations
Ensure all assemblies meet quality, safety, and production standards
Follow FAA, AS9100, and company procedures
Identify and report defects or non-conforming parts
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work closely with quality and engineering teams as needed
Required Qualifications:
Previous aviation or aerospace assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during shift
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
