SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a *Bilingual Front Counter Associate for a large, well-known client in Dallas,TX. As a skilled FCA you will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. Responsibilities include keeping financial records up to date, preparing reports, processing debits and credits, and reconciling bank statements. Our ideal candidate will also be familiar with running accounting software programs (e.g. SAP) to process business transactions. A strong work history with accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts is a must. Successful applicants should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a general aptitude for numbers Ultimately, we are seeking someone who will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions consistently run accurately and effectively. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm FCA- Duties and Responsibilities
Processes orders to be picked up at counter (“will call orders”) by monitoring order tickets. May call customers when orders are ready for pick up.
Assists walk-in customers with product needs by helping to identify hose needs and specifications (hose type, use, dimensions, heat, pressure).
Sells advantages of 4-STAR services and support to secure long term repeat business.
Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
References order system to reference price list and quantities.
Interfaces with customers on a variety of issues and objections, including price, stock, alternative products, value, application for use, etc.
Stocks items on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales.
Cleans display cases, shelves, and aisles.
Itemizes and totals customer merchandise selection at checkout counter and accepts cash or charge card for purchases.
Counter personnel have other responsibilities that vary depending on location, including warehouse, hose assembly, and inside sales. Please refer to the relevant job descriptions for those responsibilities and physical/mental requirements.

FCA- Requirements and Qualifications
High school degree.
Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven, successful work experience in the accounting field, preferably as an accounts receivable clerk or accounts payable clerk.
Solid working knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, as well as relevant database and accounting software.
Significant, hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
Aptitude for numbers.
Ability to perform all filing and record keeping duties.
Solid data entry and word processing skills.
Excellent organization skills.
