SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for Bilingual Inside Sales/Customer Service Representatives in Dallas,TX. As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced call center environment and be involved in all aspects of selling and upselling products and services. Primary duties will include understanding the customers’ needs, identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails and closing sales deals. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to perm employees are offered competitive compensation $20.00- Plus a monthly commission as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include: Monday-Friday- 8am-5pm and Some Saturdays 8am-12pm- Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Inside Sales/Customer Service: Inside Sales Representatives communicate with customers to understand their needs and generate new leads.

Experience in the industry of remodeling, construction, and cabinetry work
Software that allows them to design and display the outcome
Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
Researching for new leads
Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
Upselling products and services
Required Qualifications of Inside Sales/Customer Service:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily
Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual (Spanish)
