SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Machine Operators in Woodridge, IL. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished product. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Positions are long-term temporary and offer competitive compensation $20/HR - $25/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 2nd and 3rd shift. 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
Follow daily schedule.
Notify Shift Supervisor of any machine related issues
Perform quality checks and document them on quality control forms: neck dimension, material distribution, drop test, and weight checks.
Perform mechanical and GMP duties including mold changes, color changes and material changes.
Working with blow molders and grinders
Required Qualifications of the Machine Operator:
Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Machine Operator with basic mechanical skills and mechanical aptitude
Familiarity with 5S workplace organization practices
Ability to climb stairs, stand or sit for extended periods, and lift to 50 pounds
Basic computer skills
