SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Bilingual Operations Assistant for a large, well-known client in Bolingbrook, IL. As a Bilingual Operations Assistant for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of operations including:
Clerical Duties and Office Support
Administrative Duties

Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include:1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm until late November 2025 Shift changes to 5:30am-3pm (Monday-Saturday) starting late November 2025 Bilingual Operations Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
Intermediate or higher (verified) Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel skills
Typing of 60+ WPM
Bilingual English/Spanish
Answering phones and routing calls
Data entry
Typing with speed and accuracy
Creating written correspondence
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Responding clearly and efficiently to emails
Taking notes and sending follow-up requests/summaries as needed
Bilingual Operations Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma; associate’s degree or bachelor degree in business or related field preferred but not required
Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer serviced preferred but not required
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Solid time management skills; able to prioritize
