Direct-Hire Bilingual Order Management Clerk Location: Elgin, IL (On-Site) Shift: First Shift Pay Range: Up to $24/hr, with comprehensive benefits
Top Manufacturing Company seeks a dedicated Direct Hire Bilingual Manufacturing Sales Order Management Clerk to oversee and maintain all order processing for the manufacturing and warehouse facilities. The Sales Order Management Clerk will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Responsibilities of the Order Management Clerk:
Research and Maintain Orders for the warehouse/manufacturing facilities.
Assist other regions with Open Sales Order Management Clerk functions and duties.
Manage out-of-stock (OOS) items and create Stock Transfer Orders (STO's) to ensure the product meets the standards for customers.
Provide supplier inventory levels with company software.
Manage large retail clients' shipping schedules, paperwork, loading, and billing processes.
Participate in the process improvement S4 enhancement and troubleshooting events.
Create and follow up on Help Desk Ticketing Processes and Systems for all stakeholders.
Participate in Morning leadership meetings and ensure items are staying on track.
Requirements of the Order Management Clerk:
Experience in Inventory management, including billing, tracking imports, and managing transfer/sales orders is required.
Experience with export receipts, inbound receipts, and Yard Management is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and adherence to safety policies.
Participation in the annual physical inventory is required.
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
