SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an internal Bilingual Recruiter to work out of our very successful office in Chicago, IL. The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch including recruiting new applicants, interviewing and placing candidates on work assignments, and partnering with clients to fill their open job needs.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment! Excellent communication skills are a must as this position will be working with client customers and applicants on a daily basis. Multi-tasking, ability to self-manage, and intermediate computer skills are also a necessity. Shift: 8:30am-5pmPay Rate: $18/HR Benefits of the Bilingual Staffing Recruiter:

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Staffing Recruiter:
Conduct calls on a daily basis to recruit for open positions
Take in applications, assure all applications are completed properly.
Screen employees accordingly for open positions based on their skills to determine which position will best fit for employee
Provide employees with all the information for the positions available such as: pay rate, location, job description and requirements.
Assure employees being recruited pass the requirements for the position they are applying for.
Assure employees follow company GMPs.
Be attentive and respond to emails on a timely manner.
Have great communication skills with coworkers, employees and clients.
Help clean office as needed.
Preferred Qualifications of the Bilingual Staffing Recruiter:
Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English.
1+ years’ experience in a customer service role such as hospitality, restaurant, call center, or retail.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Recruiting experience preferred
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, social media sites, and Microsoft Word.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work overtime as needed including weeknights, weekends, and early mornings.
