SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Billing & Invoice Clerk for a plastics manufacturing client in Hazle Township, PA. The Billing & Invoice Clerk invoices all outbound shipments in accordance with the company policies, procedures and customers’ vendor compliance manuals, and prepares paperwork for customer shipments.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17.13/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
$0.25/hr. pay increase after 30 days on assignment. Shift available: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm Responsibilities of the Billing & Invoice Clerk: -Invoices customer orders after shipments have left, in accordance with company policies and procedures.-Communicates with other departments such as Customer Service, Distribution, Accounting, Information Systems and Traffic departments from the other two company facilities.-Maintains shipping files. Required Qualifications of the Billing & Invoice Clerk: -High school diploma or equivalent-Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access-Working knowledge of small office equipment such as fax machines, phones, and printers-Good oral, written, and presentation skills
