If you excel in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all warehouse accounting and billing functions
Maintain and execute billing standard operating procedures (SOP)
Process invoices and track receivables in Navisphere
Analyze billing data and ensure accuracy
Handle multiple communication channels (email, IM, phone) efficiently
Support warehouse leadership with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
