Job Description
SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an internal CDL Class B Driver to work out of our very successful office in Melrose Park, IL The Bilingual Staffing CDL Class B Driver is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch including recruiting new applicants, interviewing and placing candidates on work assignments, and partnering with clients to fill their open job needs.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment! Excellent communication skills are a must as this position will be working with client customers and applicants on a daily basis. Multi-tasking, ability to self-manage, and intermediate computer skills are also a necessity.
Available shifts include 5am-9am and 1pm-5pm.

Preferred Qualifications of the CDL Class B Driver:
2+ years’ experience in a customer service role such as hospitality, restaurant, call center, or retail.
Excellent communication skills
A commercial license(CDL)…any class would be acceptable.
Must have an updated passenger endorsement
Current DOT card, or have the ability to obtain one(Please note that Physicians Immediate Care could certify drivers for the purpose of obtaining this card)
The candidate must have the ability to pass a drug test…which is part of the DOT physical exam, and have an acceptable driving record.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work overtime as needed including weeknights, weekends, and early mornings.
