SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced CMM Programmer for an aerospace/aviation manufacturing company in Arlington, TX. A successful CMM Programmer should have strong experience programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), performing inspections on precision metal and aluminum components, and working in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and GD&T, and a strong understanding of inspection processes to ensure parts meet strict aerospace quality standards.

Available shifts include:• Monday through Friday• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM• Overtime may be available based on production needs
Responsibilities of the CMM Programmer:
• Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect precision aerospace components• Develop and edit CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications• Analyze measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports• Ensure all parts meet aerospace quality standards and specifications• Troubleshoot CMM programs and resolve measurement discrepancies• Maintain accurate inspection and quality documentation• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to address non-conformances• Follow all safety procedures and company policies in a manufacturing environment
Required Qualifications of the CMM Programmer:
• 3+ years of CMM programming experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace experience preferred)• Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)• Experience with CMM software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings• Experience inspecting metal components, including aluminum• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results
