SURESTAFF is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a company in St. Charles, IL. The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for troubleshooting, inspecting products in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and ensure product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines. This is a temp to hire position paying $25/HR. Shift Available:Mon-Thurs 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-11am
CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Perform set-up and operate CNC Mills (Haas).
Read and interpret engineering documentation.
Edit programs as needed - speeds/feeds/offsets etc.
Perform in process inspection to verify product conformance.
Retrieve/store proven programs as required.
Maintains clean and functional work areas and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
CNC Machine Operator Education & Qualifications:
High School or equivalent (preferred).
5 years or more fabrication experience on a mill (3 & 5 axis).
Familiarity with a variety materials (aluminum primarily).
Ability to perform setups, adjust offsets, perform in-process inspection with no supervision.
CNC Programming experience is required.
Haas Operator certification (preferred).
Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word & Excel).
Basic organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
