Interpret mechanical blueprints as well as a variety of geometric and trigonometric principles.
Transfer metric to inches
Maintain close tolerances (within .0001)
î„“ Qualifications
Have a full understanding of machine tool accuracies, fixture offsets, and tool offsets
Knowledge of cutting tool feeds, speeds and tool life
Experience in utilizing all of the standard inspection tools in order to check your work
Conduct proper inspection of first piece run and in process parts
Experience working with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls
Experience working with aluminum and stainless materials
Past experience working with any of the following machines: Mori Seiki, Eur Pay: $23-$32/HR BOELocation: Westmont, IL
