Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Direct Hire CNC Machinery Technical Support Specialists in Indianapolis, IN market. Direct Hire with full benefits. ($57k-$65k) Candidates must be willing to learn and grow with the company. Travel Required. Great culture and continued growth make our client the one to join! The CNC Machine Technical Specialist will provide technical support to sales, marketing and service for applications dealing with complex knowledge of company product functionality, performance and operating system. Travel to customer sites may occasionally be required.
Competencies:
Able to develop a working technical knowledge of all Company products through provided company training.
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written and presentation formats.
Ability to effectively work with others in a fast paced, customer first team environment.
Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office, Azure Dev Ops, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
Requirements:
AS Degree in EET preferred.
Minimum five years field service experience on CNC products preferred.
Support, administer and enforce all applicable Company policies.
Willingness to travel during the first year for training 20-40% of the time.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally 10% of the time.
