SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Cart Manager Assembler in Arlington, TX. As a Cart Manager Assembler for SURESTAFF, you will work Assembling mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment on a production line. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $19 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st shift Monday - Friday 5am - 2pm. Responsibilities of the Cart Manager Assembler):• Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products • Use handheld tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, wire cutters and drills • Perform soldering in a subassembly operation • Maintain inventory of product in workstations • Perform quality work checks to assure the product meets established standards • Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified • Rework and/or repair according to engineering specification changes • Contributes to team effort completing assigned tasks and seeking out new tasks to advance the team's goals • Able to work in lean, production environment completing tasks on time • Communicates effectively with others and can function and get along in a team environment. • Maintain a clean and safe work area Required Qualifications of the Cart Manager Assembler: • High School Diploma or GED • 2-4 years mechanical assembly experience may be required • Basic reading skills.
