SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Bilingual Chemical Compounder for a large, well-known client in Tinley Park, Il. As a Chemical Operator, you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer.
The Chemical Operator is required to perform a variety of tasks including measuring, batching and quality inspection. The position entails some heavy lifting and standing on your feet the entire shift. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! This is a direct hire opportunity paying ($18-$22/HR) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include: 1st and 2nd shift.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Chemical Operator:
To prepare all batches in an efficient manner stressing safety and quality
To use all equipment safely and in it’s designed manner
Follow thorough mixing procedures and directions for blending and processing of raw materials
To recommend any changes to procedures and or equipment to improve quality, safety, efficiency or reduce waste
To observe all safety rules and use all PPE equipment specified for each batch
To assist QA department with all quality assurance requirements for batching and chemical use
Assist with daily and weekly batching area clean-up procedures
To conduct periodic chemical inventories
To organize and consolidate incoming chemical shipments
To keep chemical storage are clean

Required Qualifications of the Bilingual Chemical Operator:
General mechanical aptitude
At least 2 years of experience in blending.
Ability to read and comprehend work orders and batching instructions.
General math skills
