This role is responsible for creating, scheduling, and assigning streetlight maintenance tickets. This role is also responsible for answering phone calls and directing the appropriate individual. The candidate must have experience with Microsoft 365. Must be punctual with the start time. Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
File, organize, and maintain paper and electronic records
Perform data entry and update databases or spreadsheets
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Sort and distribute mail and packages
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
Provide general support to staff and management
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree is a plus)
Basic computer skills (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
