Surestaff is immediately hiring an Inventory Clerkfor a warehouse facility in Belvidere, IL. This is a temporary position supporting warehouse operations with clerical and inventory matching tasks. Surestaff is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive pay (this role is $17/hr), as well as access to a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shift(s):
1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7am-3pm
This is a temporary role expected to last 2 months
Responsibilities:
Match item descriptions and quantities from invoices to physical counts.
Read and review invoice item details.
Verify quantities and ensure accuracy in warehouse records.
Perform basic addition and number reconciliation.
Assist with general clerical and record-keeping duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Verify invoice item descriptions and quantities against physical product counts in the warehouse.
Basic math and clerical skills.
Comfortable with a fast-paced warehouse environment.
