SURESTAFF is hiring Control Panel Wiring Tech. Available shifts: Monday-Thursday- 6am-4:30pm Requirements:
Must be able to read electrical schematics.
Must have 3+ years of electrical control panel wiring experience.
Must be able to work without supervision.
Responsibilities:
Assembly, wiring and testing of various LV control panels based on wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and specifications.
Fabrication of UL-508A Industrial Control Panels
Understanding of electrical circuits to include PLC’s, Ethernet networking, instrumentation, and controls.
Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards.
Utilize engineering documentation (bill of materials, panel layouts) and electrical schematics to ensure compliant and fully functioning panel/control.
Read basic wiring diagram and install low voltage wiring in control panel based on diagram.
Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
Communicate any documentation inaccuracies to the Project Manager and/or Shop Supervisor.
Able to read and interpret shop drawings, electrical schematics and/or engineering drawings.
Involves wiring, crimping, and working with wire harnesses.
Maintain red-line mark-ups of changes made during fabrication.
Undertake other reasonable tasks as may be required from time to time.
Prepare completed control panels for shipment.
Communicate effectively with all team members.
